An indulgent tasting smoothie that's actually good for you!
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. You want your smoothie to be thick and creamy, so add liquid sparingly. Sprinkle with some cinnamon or more cacao powder to serve or go wild with toppings like granola, toasted coconut, nut butter drizzle, etc! Enjoy!
Don't be put off by the cook time / prep time. If you've steamed your beets the night before then this will literally take you 5 minutes to throw together!
