Hi, I’m Oona, a certified personal trainer through the Exercise Teachers Academy and a health coach through The Institute For Integrative Nutrition, with additional training in functional and group fitness. I bring over a decade of experience in movement, drawing from my own journey through dance, Pilates, yoga, Muay Thai and strength training.
