Hello lovelies! Hope life is treating you well. I have been enjoying being fully immersed in all things Bespoke Body for the last few weeks. Spring has definitely sprung in Cape Town and it has been a treat training some clients outside near the sea and soaking up some vitamin D!

So as I said before, Spring has sprung here in the Southern Hemisphere. It’s the perfect time to take your workout outside and enjoy some fresh air and a new scenery. I like this simple playground workout that you could do while your children are running around. Two birds, one stone.
I was very excited to receive my first batch of nootropics today. “WTF are nootropics?”, I hear you say. Well this little infographic explains things very simply. I’ve been reading up on these supplements for quite some time and I’m curious to see and feel if they really work. I will give it a few weeks of testing and get back to you guys!
Guru Jagat is a rockstar Kundalini Yoga Master Teacher. She is taking the world by storm – a real Wonder Woman of spirituality, yet also very down to earth. I bought her book Invincible Living at the beginning of the year and I am constantly referring back to it. Here’s a lovely little interview with her. If you’re looking to get into Kundalini Yoga, look up her videos and podcasts – she makes things really accessible!
And lastly, I came across this delicious looking Bang Bang Cauliflower recipe on Deliciously Ella and I can’t wait to try it. I think it’s a great budget friendly dish to serve instead of chicken wings at Summer braais or cocktail parties and is sure to be a crowd pleaser. It’s also vegan & gluten-free. Yay!
